
EXPERIENCE
Jared Arnell discovered his passion for construction while working on a framing crew to help fund his college education.
A few years later, he joined Headwaters Construction in Idaho as part of his studies, assisting in the supervision of large residential cabin projects.
After graduating, Jared joined Dahlgren Industrial as a Project Engineer, managing large industrial projects including a $12.4M cheese factory remodel, Boeing facility upgrades, and a $100M whey and lactose plant in Oregon. Often the only Dahlgren employee within four hours of the jobsite, he was entrusted to oversee every aspect of the projects independently.
Following that success, Jared became Project Manager for Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA), leading smaller builds and supporting large-scale construction efforts across multiple states. His manager, located hours away, often remarked that Jared required minimal supervision—visiting the site only a handful of times over two years. Later, as a Project Engineer with TCCA, he resolved over 47 production issues, further strengthening his technical and leadership skills.
Most recently, at Headwaters Construction, Jared played a key role on a $30M project and managed apartment remodels and hotel builds across Utah, Idaho, and Arkansas.
Jared began to yearn for the freedom of owning his own business and in 2021 opened Mountain Sky Construction. In the four years since then, his company has completed 15 projects for $10.25 million. These projects include, single family homes, apartments, and small commercial buildings.
Jared also developed the White House Property Management company which currently manages 100 residential units and is looking for more, hoping to branch into the commercial world. https://whrentalsidaho.com/
